Aoife (pronounced ee-fah) is an artist, designer, curator, founder and creative director based in Ireland.

She founded 1/1 pfp project The Foofees and makes art work that tries to imagine what lives in the gaps of human perception. Her work can be recognised through her distinct use of colour, whimsy and her weirdly cute characters of critters and femmes.

As an elder millennial she’s big on using animated GIFs, at least 3 emojis in all responses, wholesome, supportive vibes, meaningful connections and the power of web3 communities.

Aoife uses she/her pronouns and is a queer ✦ neurodivergent ✦ feminist ✦ vegan ✦ fat ✦ femme.

The Foofees

Mythical creatures known as the Foofees are on their way to our realm. First generation will be 111 x hand drawn 1/1 Foofees. ✨ All Foofees are currently being redrawn in high definition before moving to their own contract. ✨ 🌲 Every Foofee minted will = 1 tree planted via Wolfgang Forest 🐛 94 'Foundlings' will make up the core part of this project, setting the foundations. 🦋 10 'Guardians' will arrive once all the Foundlings are here from #101 - #110. 🧚 4 'Elementals' which are rare and powerful Foofees will arrive at #25, #50, #75 and #100. 🍄 2 'Catalysts' will appear at random. Foundlings can spontaneously evolve into power amplifying Catalysts. 🌟 1 'Supreme' ultra rare Space Elemental (mastery over all elements) will arrive at #111.
