Bloody Woman
Women are naturally formed within a print of the artist’s menstrual blood on watercolor paper, brought to life for the viewer using digital ink. Many people still live in period poverty today, Bloody Woman believes that appropriate healthcare and period products are basic human rights and should be accessible to all who require it. The objective of the work is to help normalize and educate around menstruation, to bring awareness to the struggles faced because of period poverty, in addition to helping raise money for charitable causes. We help empower and support those who menstruate.
