Cristiano Ronaldo Launches CR7 NFT Series with Binance

The world's largest blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider, Binance, teams up with Cristiano Ronaldo to release “CR7” NFT collection on Friday, November 18, as part of an exclusive, multi-year agreement.

The NFT collection will feature four different rarity classes of seven unique animated statues, including Super Super Rare (SSR), Super Rare (SR), Rare (R), and Normal (N). Each statue reflects Ronaldo at various stages of his life and soccer career, including his early years in Portugal.

"It was important to me that we created something memorable and unique for my fans as they are such a big part of my success," said Ronaldo. "With Binance, I was able to make something that not only captures the passion of the game but rewards fans for all the years of support."

A 24-hour auction of 45 of the most valuable NFTs (5 SSR and 40 SR) will take place on Binance. The starting bid price for SSR and SR is 10,000 $BUSD and 1,700 $BUSD, respectively. Also, an auction for 6,600 NFTs with a combined value of 6,000 N and 600 R will begin at 77 B USD.

The various tiers provide a variety of perks and benefits, such as autographed CR7 & Binance merchandise, access to all upcoming CR7 NFT drops, participation in raffles and competitions, and a personalized greeting from Ronaldo. Additionally, Binance is giving new users a Cristiano Ronaldo Mystery Box, which may include additional Ronaldo NFTs.
