Exit Festival Teams up with NFT-TiX to Release NFT Tickets for Upcoming Festival

One of the biggest music festivals in Europe, Exit Festival, is partnering with New Jersey-based company NFT-TiX to provide its visitors with a cutting-edge NFT ticketing option.

EXIT, the two-time Best Major European Festival winner, will be the first significant music festival in Europe to offer non-fungible tokens (NFTs) as tickets. The "NFT VIP GOLD" and "NFT VIP Infinite Experience" tickets went on sale on June 30, 2022, and are available for purchase through NFT-TiX, an Ethereum-based ticketing website and marketplace.

EXIT just released NFT collections with Maceo Plex and Christina Carmela. The collaboration with NFT-TiX aligns with the company's philosophy that digital technology can be leveraged to enhance real-life experiences.

NFT-TiX is a ticketing provider that uses smart contracts to link ticket sellers and buyers directly, eliminating intermediaries and lowering costs. NFT-TiX emphasizes reasonable rates, limited bonuses and products delivered directly from event organizers to ticket holders, and the ability for sellers to earn from secondary market tickets.

Fans who purchase an NFT VIP Gold or NFT VIP Experience ticket will have a premium VIP experience in the Petrovaradin Fortress in Novi Sad, Serbia from July 7-10, 2022. Holders will also receive access to access to the legendary mts Dance Arena stage, private parties, exclusive merchandise and video, unlockable content and airdrops, and more. 

Over 1000 performers will perform on over 40 stages and zones during the festival. Calvin Harris, Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds, Iggy Azalea, Acraze, and top electronic performers Maceo Plex, Boris Brejcha, ARTBAT, Afrojack, and Zhu are among those performing this year.
