Solana Crypto Wallet ‘Phantom’ Goes Live on Android

Phantom has revealed the launch of its wallet app on Android. The latest development comes after the company's iOS mobile app was released in 2022.

Phantom, a Solana-based crypto wallet, has announced that its mobile app is now available for download on the Google Play store. Users can now transmit, receive, exchange, stake, earn, and store crypto and NFTs using an Android handset, according to Phantom.

All of the recently announced Phantom features are included in the launch, including the smart push notifications and 'Recent Activity' functions, which allow transactions to be completed with quick status confirmations. Phantom for Android will also contain the platform's specialized wallet functionality, which lets users to send, receive, purchase, and stake crypto and NFTs while on the go, as well as the platform's mobile dApp browser.

According to reports, after the successful launch of both the Android and iOS mobile apps, new features of NFT activities on the crypto wallet may be live in the coming months.
